The self-expanding sinus-venous hybrid stent with the special ring structure is used for symptomatic obstructions (DVT, PTS) in the upper leg and pelvis region, in the femoral vein and iliac vein.

The ring elements in the closed-cell design (“Power Diamonds”) are connected with flash links, thus achieving strength and flexibility at the same time. This stent behaviour is particularly well suited for tortuous venous vessels¹. The intention of the nitinol open-cell segments is to follow the vascular anatomy evenly, thus reopening the narrowed vein and ensuring blood flow.²
