The sinus-Reduction stent is a self-expanding nitinol stent. Its hourglass-like shape reduces blood flow within the TIPS device. It has a closed-cell design that provides a high radial force. There are 4 tantalum markers on each stent end for improved radiopacity.
The application system is compatible with a 10F introducer sheath. The application device is available in 70cm length. It is an over-the-wire pull-back system and is compatible with a .035″ guide wire.
